Really nice read. I would definitely recommend Kittens for Dummies, I have just gotten my first kitten.... OH my gosh I never knew that there was soooo much to learn. This book helped me every step of the way and it is now week 2 and with the help of this book and my Vets advice I was able to introduce my new kitten with my 5 year old resident Spaniel with success.
The perfect book for first-time kitten owners

This book was brilliant. I couldn't recommend any other book more for first time kitten owners. I read it in advance of getting my 2 kittens and it really was amazing. I learned everything I wanted to know which included - whether a kitten was right for me, how to kitten-proof my home, all about setting a safe area for them, what to look for to do with illnesses, a little bit of cat psychology basics - how to interpret some things they do, behaviour problems, bonding with the kitten, keeping the kitten entertained, first aid for kittens - and lots more. It's definitely aimed at beginners but it contains so much useful information that I'll be referring to it for years to come.
