we have had a new kitten for two days but has vomited two nights running after worming syrup was given

Poor little mite. How old is he ? I hope at least 8 weeks old.

I would take him to the vets immediately. A little scrap like that needs to get special help as his immune system is not fully developed yet.

How are you administering the syrup ?
